Hello, I'm Mike.
As a PhD-trained cancer biologist, I understand the challenges scientists face in navigating their careers. Career education is rarely taught, leaving us to navigate career transitions alone, in a highly competitive job market, with little or no support. Not getting the results you hoped for – an interview, an offer, or that salary you ask for – can be discouraging and lead to negative self-talk. That’s when a coach can help. For over a decade, I’ve supported scientists at every stage of their journey, from graduate students to professionals in industry and academia.
